At Jazzo Glasses, we are committed to delivering your eyewear quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below for important details about processing, delivery, and tracking.


🕒 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.

In rare cases of high order volume or unforeseen delays, processing time may be extended. We will notify you via email or phone if your order is delayed.


🚚 Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

We strive to ship your order through the fastest and most reliable carriers. Estimated delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping partner’s efficiency.
Delivery delays due to courier issues, remote area access, or customs (for international shipments) may occur.


💸 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery location and total package weight.

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, and other local charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and vary based on the destination country's policies.


🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your shipment using the provided tracking link.

If you haven’t received tracking information within 48 hours of dispatch, please contact us at stylematchup@gmail.com.

We ship via trusted courier services for fast and secure deliveries:

Domestic: Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post

International: DHL, FedEx, Aramex


📦 Undelivered or Lost Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout.

If the package is lost or misplaced during transit due to courier error, we’ll assist you in resolving the issue, including initiating claims or replacements as needed.


⚠️ Damaged or Tampered Shipments

If your delivery appears damaged, opened, or tampered with, please do not accept the package. Refuse delivery and contact us immediately at stylematchup@gmail.com with photos of the damaged shipment. We’ll review the situation and arrange a refund or replacement if applicable.
