✅ Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a refund.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • Final sale, gift cards, and personalized items are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact us at [your support email] with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Exchange Policy:

  • Exchanges are processed as a new order once your return is received.

  • To exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the item you’d like instead.


❌ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include photos of the issue and your order number.

  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
